What is your mission statement?
Our mission is to provide ladies with unique, affordable, easy-care apparel
in a wide range of sizes.
Are your clothes washable?
Our clothes are machine washable. Wash garments inside out on gentle cycle
in cold water. Do not use liquid fabric softener. Use mild detergents (not
Woolite). Dry on low heat or line dry. May use dryer sheets.
What is your Return Policy?
We will exchange our merchandise within 30 days with a receipt.

How are these products made?
These products are designed and embellished in Shipshewana, Indiana. They
are sealed into the garment with around 360 degrees of heat and 60 pounds of pressure.
Each garment has a varied amount of time it takes to seal properly. All the pieces on the garment are placed there by hand. This "tweezer-work" is
very tedious. Our crew, the majority of which are Amish, is very detailed.
What if there is a problem with one of my garments?
We strive to keep our quality very high. If you have a problem with any of
our garments, please let us know and we will do our best to repair the problem.

How long have you been in business?
We started doing business in 1991 with our first retail location in
Shipshewana. We currently have nine retail locations throughout Indiana &
Ohio - see our
locations page for details.

We do sell our clothing wholesale nationwide. If you're interested in opening

Do you sell via mail order?
If you visited us & forgot to buy something you absolutely have to
have, we would love to ship it to you. There's a chance it's
available in our online store, but if not,
call our office at 260-768-4290 and we can arrange for payment over the
phone & ship the merchandise to your doorstep!
